After all when you are dealing with someone's livelihood you want to make sure you have all the facts correct before you deny them employment. One of the most important set of laws deals with the FCRA or The Fair Credit Reporting Act. The FCRA is a set of standards that was developed by the federal government to ensure that accurate and updated information is used when credit reporting decisions are made.
