It doesn't need to be elaborate, and it only needs to make sense to you. Write it down and mark things off as you accomplish them. Don't try 5 different marketing strategies at a time or build 3 websites simultaniously. Do one thing at a time and work until it is finished.

I'm suggesting that you be wise in your choices because in order for you to be a success, you are the one that must succeed! No one can do that part for you.
