This should be among the very first questions you ask yourself. What are the pros versus the cons of starting your own home based business? So, with that in mind, why do you want to start your own work from home business? Start up costs are relatively cheap and the tax breaks are great but the long hours and little pay in the beginning seem hardly worth it.

On the other hand, driving to and from work in the dark sometimes 6 days a week, having a boss who is less than appreciative of your efforts, and co-workers who need a babysitter or to be in daycare instead of a full time job appeals to all of us a lot less!

Have you decided which one you want to be or have you settled for something less? Have you given up on yourself, your dreams, or are you just chalking them up to being unattainable pipe dreams?

Here’s another bold statement – “No one deserves success”. Success, if to be enjoyed must be earned. Everyone has a gift. Only you can unlock it so, what’s holding you back?

When I was a child, I spent my summers with my best friend at his parent’s lake house. If the weather was good we would all go swimming – but not without me putting on an entire production about venturing into the water. My friends would run down the pier and “splash”, jump right in.

I on the other hand, would run down the pier with the best of intentions and when I reached the end would suddenly stop and stick only my big toe into the water! This went on for 5 or 6 attempts until I could convince myself that I wasn’t going to die. The anxiety and fear I felt literally had a death grip on me.

    Child Health Plans
Child health plans are health insurance plans that are specially designed to cover children and babies for all their health needs. Children have special needs when it comes to health care. They require shots and vaccinations. They get sick more than adults as their immune systems build up. Overall, children seem to visit the doctors a lot more than a healthy adult. That i

    The Green Scarf
Two days before St. Patrick's Day I was telling a friend that I had to rush to the mall and buy a green shirt to go to a St.Patrick's Day party. (Can you believe it? A genuine Irish lady who doesn't possess a green shirt!)She replied that the scarf I wore the day before had a green pattern on it and I could wear that. But I knew she was wrong so I said: "No, it doe

Electronic Language-Learning Books and Ebook Readers
When it came time this year to order reprints for our paper books on Turkish language-learning -- we hesitated, took a look at technology developments, and decided in favor of ebook publications. The reason we did so is due to the particular advantage provided by the Adobe PDF format when used with Adobe Acrobat's simple but oh-

You need to actively seek inside you that which helps you to be better than the sum of your parts. Everyone wants better for themselves but it’s those few whose drive is so intense and their dreams so real that they will be enjoying the success that they have yearned for.

The biggest obstacle in life that you’ll ever face is YOU! Write down and realize your fears. It’s only when you realize them for what they are can you deal with and overcome them. The freedom you’ll feel will be overwhelming.

Fear will be replaced with a sense of accomplishment and pride as you grow your chosen business but take care not to rest on your laurels – build upon them and take your business to the next level.

For me, the freedom and ability to do more with my life was the real appeal. I knew I had more to offer than what could be appreciated in a more traditional job atmosphere.

What will be your motivating factor? For each of us the answer will be different but it’s a questions that we must ask and answer for it alone will provide the base upon which we will build our business.
