    The Weekend Challenge? What in the world is this article marketing deal all about, why are there 2-parts to it and what the heck is this guy up to? I'm sure as you are browsing the article directories in search of an article that will either help you understand a problem, or just looking for good solid content. This article title is sure to make you wonder!

    This is the base of my weekend challenge and the start of your path to finally follow along on an incredible journey of creating a system from the ground up in as little as four days. The first part of this article will layout everything the challenge entails as well as point you in the right direction to get started immediately building your business.

    Let's start out by letting you in on the challenge. I have a email subscriber list of over 500 folks who are very active and have laid down a challenge for me. Your article needs to be narrowed down to a single topic that is related to the market you are targeting. Do your article research and make that article as relevant as possible.

    I read in the LSI report written by John Caviani that the search engines are at war with those who do not create relevant content on there sites. If you have heard of the "Google Slap", then you semi-understand what is going on. The problem is not bad for those of us who are article marketers. Last year, several of my friend's and colleagues received the "Slap" while I continued to cruise by the spiders of Google. What better way to do that then to use video within your article marketing efforts. Since most directories do not allow embedded videos in the articles, the accepted method is placing the second part of the article on your site and put a video in the article (embedded) giving them more information.

Most directories and Ezine owners set their size limit to a specific number like 1500 words max. As an article marketer, the best article size is between 400-800 words. It is my opinion that 600-800 words just aren’t enough to explain things that will help the reader. So, in order to give your reader all the information they need to fix a problem, or understand how to do a particular task. You need to present them with a way to get more information.
