MLM Success Online: It's A Numbers Game
There are two main things you have to learn when operating an MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) online business in order to be successful. One is how to generate leads and the other is how to qualify leads. Master these two skills and everything else will follow for you.One of the first things you must understand about the internet business is that it is primarily about the numbers – specifically, the number of people who you can get to visit your site. I liken it to filling a big funnel – a large opening on top where we try to fit in as many site visits as possible and eventually a much smaller amount of qualified interested customers or business partners will flush out of the small opening at the bottom. If you stop to think about it, why do you think sites such as the two big search engine sites we all know about are so successful? It’s because they have millions, if not billions of people that visit their sites regularly. With that sort of audience, it simply is not difficult to sell, no matter what products or services they are offering. You probably cannot and should not aspire to get the level of traffic that the internet behemoths get, but you can certainly do quite well for yourself nevertheless. I say should not because to think that you should be able to rival the traffic st

The problem was I was spending too much time submitting articles by hand. I knew there had to be a better way. There were services to do article submission - some charging up to $400 per article! - and there was software to download and install - but I was still chained to my desk to do the actual submission work.

With so many competitors around, you sure have to use every conceivable method available to promote your website.Newsgroups can be very powerful tools in your web promotion endeavor if you use them actively. What is a Newsgroup?A newsgroup is a message board on the Internet where users come to discuss topics of mutual interest. Each newsgroup is dedicated to a particular subject of interest and consists of messages posted by participants. You can find several ongoing discussions surrounding various topics within a single newsgroup. These topics are call threads. As a user you can start a thread, post messages to a thread and make responds to other postings. Before the Internet era, the way you know it now, back in eighties and early nineties people used to connect to electronic bulletin boards (bbs) through modems and post text messages for others to read and answer. Usenet Newsgroups was started as a collection of these bulletin boards. Along with the Internet, Newsgroups have also started to grow rapidly. Thanks to the Interface introduced by Deja News in 1995 use of Newsgroups became simple and convenient, which also gav

Question: I stumbled across your site by accident one day when I was approving articles on a list I owned. That's how I found you. Tell me how you got started in article writing and promotion.

Answer: Content is the foundation of any internet marketing campaign. No matter what you choose to do, whether it's hard-core SEO, Google AdWords, search enging marketing, email marketing, or any other form of online marketing - the web is fundamentally built around content.

Creating and providing content to the literally millions of content sites and newsletters just seemed to be a smart move. Did you know that there are now more websites on the net than there are people on the planet? The webmasters of those sites simply don't have time to create the sheer volume of content they need to fill their newsletters.

I started sending articles to people who wanted content, and I was amazed at the results. More targeted traffic started showing up at my various sites. With more targeted traffic comes greater conversion - which means more people to opt-in to my lists, more affiliates join my programs, and more sales of my products and services.

    First of All, Know Thyself
One of the most important elements of success in trading (and life in general) is knowing yourself. If you do not understand how you tick, you will never be truly prepared for the demands of trading, and likely your performance will suffer as a result. Let me use myself as an example. I am what might be considered project oriented. By that I mean I like to move from one thing to the next – always have something upon which to focus my attention. As my friends and colleagues can attest, once I complete a project - and sometimes even before I do - my thoughts shift to the next one. I actually get antsy if I have nothing lined-up. Predictably, this is reflected in my trading. We can actually think of trading as a series of projects. Each position one takes on is a new project which incorporates analysis of some sort (automated or otherwise) and trade decision-making. When a position is closed out, it is like wrapping up a project. It’s over and done - time to move on to the next thing. There’s a little problem with that, though. This kind of “project” approach, in the case of someone like me, can lead to overtrading. This isn’t the kind of overtrading which is referred to when one speaks of taking on positions which are too large,

Things Your Mother Never Told You: Closing Costs
Buying or selling a home can be one of the most life changing decisions a consumer makes. Being educated about the real estate process and investigating things you don’t understand is essential. Working with trustworthy and communicative real estate professionals is important. A lot of money is on the line when purchasing or selling a home, so be sure to ask questions when you need to about charges, fees or other issues. You Gotta Have Faith!Three days after an initial application has been submitted the lender must provide a Good Faith Estimate of settlement costs (GFE). The GFE is a list of closing charges and the HUD settlement statement you receive at closing is the confirmation of these charges. Carefully review the GFE costs and question anything you do not understand. When you receive the HUD statement the charges and fees should be familiar to you and reflect the GFE. There shouldn’t be any closing cost surprises. If the GFE and HUD costs do not match these issues should be addressed immediately. Discuss the cost discrepancies with your REALTOR and a lender representative. Any costs not disclosed on the GFE can be argued against and removed from the HUD.Closing Costs 101The first page of a HUD shows the buyer what matters most, the exact amount due at clo

My consulting work with small business owners had taught me that what the market needed was a low-cost, automated, hands-free solution. I set out to build a service that would alleviate all of the problems that I'd seen with article marketing: either time-consuming and tedious drudgework or high expense for the author, while being spam-ridden for the newsletter editors and content site owners.

I put together a team and we created completely automated submission, free article review to help each author get better results, and a team human-spam-blockers who make sure that spam never goes through our servers. Article submission is affordable to small business owners through a unique subscription model that allows an author to submit an unlimited number of articles without having to factor in the expense of each and every article.

Question: What changes have you seen in article writing and promotion since you started your service?

Answer: The article marketing landscape is constantly changing. Some once very popular article sites have completely vanished, overwhelmed by spam and the sheer volume of new articles being submitted. At the same time, new sites come online all the time. Keeping up with these changes is almost a full time job.

As people started understanding that they could get one-way (as opposed to reciprocal) links, better search engine placement, improved pagerank, more traffic and sales just from writing articles, we've seen the inevitable entry of spammers into the market. These are people who are not interested in providing good content, but only want a free link in s
