    To Hang or Fold
Perhaps you own a clothing retail store or maybe just need to rearrange your closet. Whatever the situation, understanding universal clothing placement guidelines will help the look of your display and increase the life span of your clothes. The secret to how clothes should be arranged lies in the sort of fabric each article contains. All of your clothes should be categorized acc

Your Offline Banker does not Want You to Know the Differences between Online and Offline Banking
There are many major differences between online banking and offline banking; if you are presently undecided between your current, limited offline bank and opening a new online bank account, you should take some time to thoroughly evaluate your choices. What's so good about opening an online banking account? An online banking account will make it easy to do all your transactio
Another November gone. For those of you who, like me, participated and WON in the National Novel Writing Month, I bet you’re all going through the Post NaNoWriMo Blues.

Yes, the heroic deed is done… 50,000 words in 30 days. From about 60,000 participants, 9,765 won. When I reached the finish line, I opened a bottle of champagne and started bothering people on the phone. After all the bragging I had done for months, this was a necessary act.

The thing is, after all those overly caffeinated, crazy days of extreme imaginative performance, surrounded by mountains of laundry (Mom, I don’t have clean socks left!), frozen dinners (Oh, no, not Chinese pizza again!), and bewildered expressions from family and friends (Look at you—when did you last wash your hair?), I now share the same energy level as a zombie. Real Estate Lead Generation - An Agent's Guide to Success
Lead generation is one of the hottest topics in the real estate industry, and with good reason. Leads are the first step in the business relationship. So without them, you have no business. But real estate lead generation is also one of the most confusing topics for new real estate agents (and even some of the veterans). In fact, ever since I've been involved with real estate marke

Cascading Stylesheets (CSS) for the Layman
Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) are another way for web designers to tell the web browser how the website should look. HTML does this already but CSS has greater advantages. With HTMl you would normally describe a paragraph with the ‹font› tag followed by the specifiers such as color, size, face, et ct. If you wanted other changes to the font, they aren't logically a font tag specifie

Marketing is Not Like Exercise; Get Results Now, Not Next Year
Some marketing consultants who write books, make tapes, do seminars, get interviewed on the radio and tell other companies how to do it better, tell us that marketing is like exercise and you need to have a long-term plan and be patient. Well interesting advice indeed, but businesses do not have all day and Corporations want results now for their shareholders and bottom line. They

Getting People to Buy Without Selling
In my youth I landed a job selling encyclopedias door to door. I worked for commissions. If I didn’t sell anything, I didn’t get paid. Trying to sell a high ticket item such as encyclopedias door to door was no small task as you might imagine.I was desperate to make a sale and I’m sure my desperation showed in my rehearsed sales presentation. I told my potential prospects all abo

Now I’m faced with the tough job of editing my masterpiece, but that will have to wait till after Christmas. I’d much rather spend money and shop for the holidays than dive into my novel’s dangerous murky waters, which even have an army of violin-headed creatures… (yes, the soldiers have violins instead of heads—and no, I wasn’t exposed to too many Dali paintings during my childhood). Will I be able to sell my novel? Only time will tell. It’s interesting to mention that of all the thousands of winners which NaNoWriMo has had so far, less than ten have sold their books to big traditional publishers.
