Answer Upon - Developing E-Government for Developing Nations; a Task Often Misunderstood
A recent dream spoke to me about leadership. In this dream, I was a member of a good-natured team of life-loving characters. Isn't this typical of most of us in life and how we want to experience our lives? I believe it is. With performance being such an issue to sustain a business
Eventually a good system will gain acceptance and yet, there is still the Digital Divide and until the $100 Computers hit the scene still the citizens will not be able to have access. Once that changes and citizens can gain access, then you must deal with Security Threats and hacker issues, which even the modern nations have problems with.

Even after the system is built and these problems are potentially solved, the phase in period takes time and if a piece of equipment dies, where will you get parts? Off the Shelf Turn-key equipment is not always possible to believe in such a silver bullet exists is a misnomers, as there is always the reality check on feature creep, which will involve both software code and equipment.
