Sales, Promotions, Pricing and Public Relations are some of the skills that are an essential part of marketing. Mishandling or negligence of this aspect can lead to failure.

Financial skills play a major role in the running of a business big or small. Book keeping, estimating, invoicing, negotiating credit terms, controlling cash flow are some aspects of the financial skills you should be able to handle.
