    Be Rebellious
In order to get consumers (whether they are retail or service customers or business- to-business audiences) to notice an advertising message, many companies resort to loudness and one-upmanship. Neither of these tactics works in the long run.If your competition is talking loudly and you decide to yell louder, what do you think they will do? Yep. They’ll start to scream. Nobody wins a shouting match when it comes to advertising. And usually you’ll find you even lose a few customers in the process because they can’t stand the noise. It’s the same with one-upmanship. If you have to compete on more and better coupons or more and better discounts, giveaways or incentives unrelated to your core product, your revenue per sale

Why I Wouldn't Think Twice About Hiring a Stay at Home Mom
The world’s unfair. Yes it is. Let’s look at it this way. Staying at home is considered an occupation not many would willingly consider because the following reasons:• 24 hour work (especially right after birth of children) • No leave • No medical coverage • No insurance coverage • No salary • No big job title • Mentally and Physically challenging (someone please tell me I am wrong on this one) • “Employers” always fighting among each other and you’re always the arbitrator • No Life • And most of all….No appreciation and definitely no PROMOTIONAnd yet, you won’t find another person who does so much for so little willingly and with a smile on her lips. The very term conjures up an image of hundreds and thousands of pounds of investment, millionaire lifestyle, no work and a life of sun and sand. At least that's the image being marketed by the huge number of property seminars currently in the business. The seminars can be under different names : real estate seminars or courses, wealth creation, positive cash flow, passive income. All are preying on the same desire of an average human being to become wealthy. Given what these seminars charge for their courses, at least someone is fulfilling his desire to become wealthy, at the expense of the attendee.

The Importance Of Keeping Your Office Clean
Most of us would never even consider eating our lunch in the bathroom, yet we do it all the time in our office. Recent studies show there are more germs in the average office than in the average bathroom! Perhaps that is a good indicator that keeping your office clean is really important. For most office employees, keeping their office clean isn’t something they really have time to make a priority. Can you imagine telling your manager that your report will be late because the germs and dust in your office need some attention? It's doubtful that your boss would appreciate that.Even if you are very busy, you need to keep your office area as clean and organized as possible. How your office appears will give a particular impression to c

First Interview: What Happens During The First Interview?
The first interview for a job is a basic indication that the company you are meeting with is interested in considering you as a potential new employee.I'm sure this is a fairly basic and understood statement. The important part is understanding the purpose of the first interview. It really helps if you can find out ahead of time exactly who you're meeting with during the first interview to get a sense as to what will actually take place during the interview. The first interview might be a screening interview with a member of Human Resources (HR) to assess your suitability to join the company. This interview might only focus on HR-type questions that attempt to determine your career goals, your personality,

But, the grit of it all is from the experience and the years of knowledge. I know you heard it all before. So what does it take to be a systems administrator? However, some people are more adventurous, like myself, who chafe under the thought of having to slave away for the next 20 to 30 years and having only a house to show for it at the end. People like myself desire financial freedom, freedom from having to get up every morning, get in the car or train, commute 2 to 3 hours a day, work at a dead end job & return home in the evening. Repeat this process year on year and its clear what a monotonous life it can be.

The reason for doing this is because almost everyone has to support themselves and their families. To avoid this rat race, you need to start thinking of a way out, a way to have an income that precludes the need to work day in, day out. This income is called passive income. Its passive as its being generated no matter what you are doing, sleeping, fishing or even working on your day time job !

How do you get this passive income ? You could buy a lottery ticket ( chances are 1 in tens of million that you win the jackpot ), bet on the races or gamble (
