    Corrugated Boxes - Certification Seal
Did you ever notice that circle on the bottom of corrugated boxes? That's the box certification. It includes:* the name of the manufacturer of the carton (outside ring)* whether the box is SINGLEWALL or DOUBLEWALL (one layer of corrugate or two)* the type of test the box has undergone to test its strength (edge crush or bursting)* weight it can withstand per square inch* the maximum size of the box (length x width x height)* gross weight limit (maximum weight you can safely load into the carton)In general, there is a distinction between shipping boxes and moving boxes. The Edge Crush Test usually identifies a moving box, but if used according to the remaining specifications on the seal, ECT boxes can make suitable shipping boxes.Be sure to use the correct box for shipping your items. If you have any questions about proper packaging techniques and products, visit your local The UPS Store where the packaging experts can advise you or pack your items for you. If you use the wrong carton for the product and there is damage to the item and a UPS investigation determines that you used an incorrect box or packaging material for the shipment, the claim will be denied.

How To Lose A Customer In Ten Easy Steps
Certainly, we’ve all observed the scene unfold: A salesperson behaving in a fashion that indicates he or she desperately wants to lose their customer. You know, that behavior that reminds you of a hungry bear stalking spawning salmon. Unfortunately, every one of us has experienced this wonderful feeling of disrespect. Having performed at many levels in the sales process, I have no idea why sales people act this way, but the fact is they do.Throughout the years, I have had the opportunity to deliver my “Selling Skills” workshops to thousands of sales people. Often, I ask half of the participants to brainstorm the attributes of “Good” sales people, and the other half to brainstorm the same for “Bad” salespeople. As you might guess, the majority of the descriptions on one list are the exact opposite of those items on the other list. Participants can always create more examples of negative traits for sales folks. When asked why the list of negative characteristics is longer, participants always say they better remember their negative experiences (they can't forget it.) Therefore, I feel a sense of obligation to share the following traits of ineffective sales practices to make everyone aware of them. This way (and I have no idea why you would want t
I remember way back around a year ago, about exactly a year ago, I was talking with my workers that pack envelopes. those times, I was making many checks per bi-month. There were checks that were SO high that was somewhat the peak of my business, that we worked every other day just packing envelopes about 6-7 hours a day.

I think I told these to my workers one day when I was gonna give the paychecks.. I think I was giving bonuses that time, I cant really remember..

But I explained to them during my speech about it..

I told them that I see money differently than most people especially at that point of my life where my business was just unbelieveable. I told them that for me, money is just an award for my hardwork... I made an analogy to compare it with basketball... Say for example we because the champions in our high school basketball team, we then earn a big shiny gold trophy a

Young Beef Cattle Bull Notes and Reminders
Yearling bulls should be well grown but not too fat. The energy content of a ration should be reduced if bulls are getting too fat. Fat bulls may fatigue rapidly, contributing to fewer cows conceiving. For a yearling bull to be used successfully, he should have reached puberty 3 to 4 months before breeding time. The age of a bull at puberty depends on several interrelated factors, but size or weight and breed are probably the controlling factors. The production of semen by a young bull largely depends on his overall growth as well as the development of his testicles and other reproductive organs. The size of testicles and volume of semen produced are positively correlated.Research at Kansas State University has illustrated that young "gain-tested" bulls have normal fertility and libido when allowed to return gradually to moderate fleshiness and hearty physical condition before the breeding season. In fact, many performance tested bulls are returned to the owner's ranch after the gain test in order that they be allowed to be properly conditioned before the sale date. Test station sales usually offer bulls that completed their gain test about 6 months previously.Any rancher that purchases a young, highly fitted or conditio

Creating a Vision for Your Business
Where is your business going? You must begin a business with the end in mind. In order to get from point A to point B, must know where both of those points are. If you don’t define the end goal, you have very little hope of ever getting there. Strategy is about planning and defining the straight line between those two points. Rather than taking the scenic route, a good strategy gets you from where you are to where you want to go in the most efficient way possible. You can’t draw that straight line if you haven’t figured out where and what point B is. I find a lot of entrepreneurs try to skip ahead and do marketing for their business before they have defined where their desired end point is. This is impractical and more importantly a mistake that can doom your business’ potential. There are plenty of marketing methods you can utilize. Sure marketing is an important business strategy but what you say, how you say it, and who you say it to, all depend on clearly defining your point B. You can spend your money and your efforts on marketing all day long, but if you don’t know what the goal of these efforts is then that spend can be largely waste. And small businesses do not have room for waste. So what is your vision? Create a clear picture in

But the trophy is really nothing, what really matters is the fame and pride of being champions.. it is the hard work and determination and how we never failed that makes me happy about myself.. Even if it weren't a gold shiny trophy, rather it was just a crappy medal that looks so ugly, it doesn't matter, what's important and what I will be happy of is that we were the champions of the basketball in high school. a trophy I can just have it made at a custom trophy shop. And put on it "Chris, high school champion", and magic! I am the champion! I can be happy about it, but deep inside I don't feel successful.
