And this International Terrorist thing; although in reality mostly sound and fury, is truly unacceptable.
Prospects are everywhere as Nations Governments crumble under their own mismanagement, greed or organization structure and organizational capital due to paranoia and outside influences. Look at Bolivas mistakes, who will bail them out, and really who wants too?
