    Interior Staging of Your Home
There is a big question that you must consider when selling your home. How to best showcase the distinct qualities of your home and create a warm and inviting environment that will impress even the most critical buyer. Staging is a process that should be considered on a room to room basis. No two rooms have the same features, its quite possible to find something to highlight in every room in your home. Is there a real "conversation piece" or element of the rooms that stands out to you? If so, roll with it and you should be able to come up with something very special.Good things to do when preparing to stage your home are really the basics, cleaning out any clutter, ensuring that the house is sparkling clean and that there is a feeling of comfort, but not one that is too personal. This is why it's a good idea to remove overly personal knickknacks and items. The idea is that people feel as comfortable in your home as possible and at the same time be able to picture their belongings in the space.A properly staged home will invite viewers in, and the properly highlighted aspects of the home will keep them interested and wanting to explore more of what your home has to offer. Pleasing smells are a big factor for many people. Comforting aromas such as cinnamon or the champion "fresh baked chocolate chip cookies" are great things to catch people's attention. Just remember, if you have cookie smell, buyers will want cookies to go with it!
go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.” Many are the examples of people raised in a Christian manner who, when they grew into adulthood, recognized the error of their ways, repented, and pursued a godly path. Where Christian discipline is concerned, bear this in mind: Martin Luther said, "Keep an apple beside the rod to give the child when he does well." Food for thought.

We must never forget that the moral and spiritual element of a child’s nature is just as essential as their intellectual, athletic or social skills. Download Screensavers
Downloading Screensavers is easy. They are usually executable files with an ‘.exe’ extension. When these files are double-clicked using the left mouse button, the process of installation begins. Menus and windows pop up asking the user to specify a location for the screensaver file. The default location is typically the Program files folder on C drive. Sometimes, these executable files are zipped using a popular utility called WinZip. These files can be unzipped and extracted using the same utility, i.e., WinZip. After unzipping them, they can be installed in the same way as the other executable files are installed. The Internet is swarming with screensavers that can be downloaded and installed easily. These are organized according to different themes. Some of these are celebrities, sports, nature, animations, politics, and movies. Most of these themes give users the additional option of screensavers with music and those without music. Many users like to Download Screensavers with music, and when they don’t want the music, they simply turn off the speakers of their computer. If the speakers are inbuilt, they left click the speaker icon on the right corner of their computer screens and left click again to check the checkbox next to the option that says mute, or slide the volume button to the lowest point possible. While it is easy to Download Screensavers and install them, it’s almost as easy to install a screensaver that is infected with a virus or adware or spyware. Such a screensaver can damage the data on the user’s computer and can cause temporary or even permanent data loss. It can also cause several popups to appear and create chaos while working. Therefore, it is critical to Download Screensavers from a trusted site. Even after downloading a screensaver f
According to Jesus, quoting from the Old Testament book of Deuteronomy, the greatest commandment is this: " And you shall love the Lord your God with all your [mind and] heart and with your entire being and with all your might." (Deut.6:5) Dropping back to verse 2, we read, "…That you may [reverently] fear the Lord your God, you and your son and your son's son, and keep all His statutes and His commandments which I command you all the days of your life, and that your days may be prolonged.” Verses 6-7 say: "And these words which I am commanding you this day shall be [first] in your [own] minds and hearts; [then] You shall whet and sharpen them so as to make them penetrate, and teach and impress them diligently upon the [minds and] hearts of your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down and when you rise up."

In the Hebrew culture, a father was to be diligent in instructing his children in the ways of the Lord. In our own culture, how are we doing in comparison? It is of primary importance for the sake of our society, that our kids be raised in the "nurture and admonition of the Lord," (Eph 6:4). Based upon Scripture, this responsibility rests upon dear ol’ dad.

Proverbs, 22:6-11 reads, "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old (as he grows older), he will not depart from it." To train, indicates the first instruction that a father and mother gives to a child; i.e., his early education. The training is designed to open before the child the manner of life for which he is intended. To initiate a child's early learning in this way is of great importance, like a tree that can be “trained” to grow the direction that it is bent from its earliest years. Ephesians 6:4 provides a word of instruction to fathers, stated in a negative and positive way. "And you fathers, provoke not your children to wrath; but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord." Here is what the Bible says about a father's responsibility in child- rearing: The negative aspect of the verse reveals that a father is not to foster the bad passions of their children by severity, injustice, partiality, or unreasonable exercise of authority. Negative conduct towards a child will only serve to nurture evil within their hearts.

The positive aspect comes from a father’s dedication to educate them, train them, develop their conduct in all of life by the instruction and admonition of the Lord. This is the training (being a definite role model as a father) or education of a child—the whole process of educating and discipline. The word "admonition" carries with it the idea of "putting the child in mind of," which is the act of reminding the child of faults (constructively) or duties (responsibilities according to their level of age and understanding.)

Children are not to be allowed to grow up without care or control. Proverbs 29:15 warns us, “The rod of correction imparts wisdom, but a child left to himself disgraces his mother.” They are to be instructed, disciplined, and admonished, so that they are brought to knowledge, self-control, and obedience. This whole process of education is to be from a Christ-centered perspective. Any other means of educating may result in disastrous failure. Even the if a child resists his Christian upbringing, we are encouraged (Proverbs 22:6) that if we “Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.” Many are the examples of people raised in a Christian manner who, when they grew into adulthood, recognized the error of their ways, repented, and pursued a godly path. Sex Sells!
An attractive woman has a decided advantage as sales representative over her male counterpart. This “selling edge” is primarily due to the existence of the “glass ceiling” found in most business organizations today. The glass ceiling (women are still arbitrarily held back from leadership positions) means that there are many more men in decision-making positions in businesses than women. Therefore, when cold calling, an attractive woman has a better chance of getting an appointment for a sales presentation, than does a man. Women are also given more attention in their presentations and less resistance up to a point, than a male sales representative or service industry professional (accountants, attorneys, consultants, bankers, etc.). This advantage has everything to do with sex and the physical appeal of a woman. It is clear to me as a sales trainer, coaching sales representatives and service industry professionals in the field, that male decision-makers often use a different part of their anatomy than their head to make their buying decisions. The female advantage in obtaining sales opportunities is tempered, however, by most sales women experiencing a greater difficulty in closing sales. The male ego gets in the way of the final decision; because many men can’t allow themselves to, as they see it, “lose” to an attractive woman. Therefore, female sales professionals need to execute a selling process that counters this knee jerk reaction experienced by many of the male prospects, customers or clients they try to sell.A selling system like the one taught in my Sales Success Strategies self-directed learning manual http://www.TheSellingEdge.com/manual1.htm can help any sales woman to flip swi

    Managing Customer Expectations
As Sales Professionals, it is our responsibility to manage our Customers expectations. This is really the foundation of all sales success. Do you sell your product/service, or do you oversell your product/service? The image our clients have of our product/service is largely determined by the picture we paint. That image can be derived from collateral, your web presence and the information/expectation you have set with your client through your sales conversations.Where have you put the bar? Is it realistic? Is it attainable? Your client/customer will find out soon enough. You might as well set a real expectation as opposed to one that you and your company can never reach. This will only result in negative results all the way around. How to arrive at proper expectationsWhat is the right expectation? You can only determine this from a complete and thorough knowledge of your product/service and how it fits the needs of your customer. Make sure that you are only selling what you can efficiently and cost effectively deliver. This can only be accomplished by conducting a thorough sales interview. Your ability to translate your products benefits into problem solving solutions for your customers is the vital skill that will propel you to sales success.Don't oversell! If you need to exaggerate your products/services benefits to make the sale, it will not be worth it in the long run. By closing this over promised sale, you will begin a domino effect series of problems that will haunt you for weeks or months to come. Sometimes, the sale we work hardest to get (the one we make the most concessions on) will be the one that messes with us for a long time. It is not worth it! Know where to set your expectations and how to effectively communicate those to your cli

7 Quick Cash Fixes to Recover from a Money Emergency
When you are desperate to raise emergency funds, it usually doesn’t take very long for you to realize who really cares about you, who is truly a friend ... be they family or not. Here are a few emergency budgeting tips:Budgeting Tip #1: The first thing you want to do is prioritize to get back on track very quickly. If that means letting your credit card bill go for a bit, so be it. As soon as you realize that you have a money emergency, contact your credit card issuers and request reduced interest rates and payments. Not only one, both!Budgeting Tip #2: For your car payment, call the creditor and request a payment extension. Perhaps you hate payment extensions, because they require a fee and you still have to make the payment at the end of the contract. In this case, a payment extension can allow a little breathing room to help you recover during your money emergency. Expect that you will likely have to pay a fee (usually about ? - 1/3 the car payment amount) for the extension. Freeing up the money you need today is your first and only goal at this point.Budgeting Tip #3: Check to see if your mortgage holder will allow an extension for a nominal fee. Do this today!Budgeting Tip #4: Another quick fix, is to host an on the spot yard sale. You don’t have too much time for planning, so do a quick survey of your personal belongings. Come up with clothes that no longer fit, but that are in good condition, knick-knacks, dishes, and books as well as stuff you bought but no longer use. Throw it all together, quickly. Put some notices up the same day at laundry mats and grocery stores around town, and remember to place a sign at the end of your driveway. You can make a quick $300 this way with very

FATHERS CRITICAL INFLUENCE

The Christian father is really the instrument in God's hand. The only possible means of profitable education is the nurture and admonition of the Lord and the role of a father has been God-ordained as the means to this end. The whole process of instruction and discipline must be that which comes from God so that His authority should be brought into constant and immediate contact with the mind, heart, and conscience of our children. That’s not happening. But it must begin! The human father should set himself as the ultimate authority to determine truth and duty in the home; as the Servant-Leader of his home, he must point the way to his OWN King, Jesus. Too often, a man “throws his weight around” and rules in a dictatorial manner, instilling fear into his children rather than respect. This simply develops the human aspect of "self." It is only by making Jesus the ruler, on whose authority everything is to be believed and in obedience to whose will every thing is to be done, that positive results can possibly be attained.

The Scriptures instruction to fathers is always God's ideal. We tend to bring those ideals down to our human level and experience. Upon reflection, I recognize how often I have failed in my pursuit of the biblical ideal. That does not falsify the Scripture and God's truth and His wisdom. I cannot say "the Scripture just doesn't work." I WILL say, if we shoot for the moon, the worst we will do is to land among the stars.

    So, aim high, dad.
"All Scripture is given of God, and is profitable for teaching, reproving, correcting, and instruction in righteousness; that the man (or woman) of God may be completely equipped for all good works" (2 Timothy 3:16, 17). Therefore, if you were not blessed with a godly fatherly example, learn about your fathering role from the One who authored the concept, God Himself.

Learn what the Bible says about being a father. The means and methods we use to teach God's truth will vary, but those truths should always be applicable to any lifetime child’s vocation, choices and lifestyle. As you are faithful in role modeling, what your children learns about God will place them in good stead for all of their lives. They must learn from your example how to love the Lord their God with all their mind and heart and strength and desire to serve Him in everything they do.

    FACTS ABOUT FATHERLESSNESS

Despite all of her proud accomplishments, America leads the world in fatherlessness. Its impact on our culture impacts each one of us. According to a recent study by Josh McDowell, there are over 25 million fatherless kids in America. Most were abandoned while they were infants.

Other statistics are just as frightening:
    · 36.3% of all children in America live absent their biological father according to the National Center for Fathering.
    · The Center for Successful Fathering found that only 27% of all kids in America live with both their biological mother and father.
    · 71% of high school drop-outs come from a home without a father according to the National Principles Association.
    · 85% of kids locked up in youth prisons come from fatherless homes according to the Texas Department of Corrections.
    · One major study sponsored by the National Fathering Initiative found that 60% of America's rapists, 72% of adolescent murderers, and 70% of long- term prison inmates are all people who grew up without the guidance and direction of a loving father.

The good news is that provi
