Cross Polination of Innovations in the Cleaning Industry
According to the latest edition of Pool and Spa news; the costs of maintaining a pool, maintenance service averages about $30.00 to $150 per month depending on competition, size of pool and area you live in. This seems similar to maintenance costs associated with cleaning of the family cars if you hire out a mobile detailing service or mobile car wash. For this reason we have been studying their industry for parallels and ways to incorporate some of their methodology, software for scheduling and other anomalies associated with that industry for ideas to incorporate into ours. For instance we like the enzymes methods for cleaning of mold instead of chlorine based products. It works on mold, algae and other organic growth in pools and spas. Many customers request this for pools if they have sensitive skin. And rightfully so since even a shower with Chlorinated water can have a tablespoon and a half of chlorine enter your system through your skin. This is why bromine might be a better solution for hot water environments.Think what happens when you sit in a spa every night? Chemicals for cleaning vinyl pool bottoms work good on vinyl siding of houses and it

Can you knit? Can you knit really nice jumpers for African parents so that they can dress up for church in winter? That way you can be knit together in love, in both the knitting in the jumper and the knitted love of your gesture. A lot of Africans can write English and perhaps you can write to them also and share your love with them through a letter. I have an African lady on my website that you can write to about this if you like.

You have many things that you can do. Can you type? Have you a gift for typing more then a speed of twenty five words a minute? There are many preachers I am sure that would love to have there sermons transcribed and presented in booklet format the next week to people who would love to read the sermon again, not as his notes outlined the sermon but how the Holy Spirit brought the rhema word out on the day. That is a talent you can use for the Lord.

Does Network Marketing Have A Future?
The Network Marketing industry has been around now for over 50 years. Do we see it as evolving and growing, or has it had its day?Network marketing is simply direct sales, just one of the methods of marketing products and services. In many countries, Network Marketing is regulated by The Direct Selling Association. It is not a scam, scheme, pyramid or ponzi industry. Network Marketing or Multi-level Marketing (MLM) is a sensible way of getting product directly to the consumer, and a legitimate way for those doing the marketing to get paid. This is one of the simplest ways to earn a residual (passive) income.Network marketing is one of the most rewarding home business opportunities today. The opportunity for success, happiness, wealth and freedom in the foreseeable future in Network Marketing is staggering. This business model has been around for over 50 years, so needless to say things have evolved since then. Our new technologies have unlocked the doors to a simpler business model that allows our modern communication and commerce systems to do a lot of the work for us. However, understand that Network Marketing is simple, but not necessarily e
Matthew 25:14-31 (New King James Version)

14 “For the kingdom of heaven is like a man travelling to a far country, who called his own servants and delivered his goods to them. 15 And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, to each according to his own ability; and immediately he went on a journey. 16 Then he who had received the five talents went and traded with them, and made another five talents. 17 And likewise he who had received two gained two more also. 18 But he who had received one went and dug in the ground, and hid his lord’s money. 19 After a long time the lord of those servants came and settled accounts with them.

20 “So he who had received five talents came and brought five other talents, saying, ‘Lord, you delivered to me five talents; look, I have gained five more talents besides them.’ 21 His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’ 22 He also who had received two talents came and said, ‘Lord, you delivered to me two talents; look, I have gained two more talents besides them.’ 23 His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’

24 “Then he who had received the one talent came and said, ‘Lord, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you have not sown, and gathering where you have not scattered seed. 25 And I was afraid, and went and hid your talent in the ground. Look, there you have what is yours.’

26 “But his lord answered and said to him, ‘You wicked and lazy servant, you knew that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered seed. 27 So you ought to have deposited my money with the bankers, and at my coming I would have received back my own with interest. 28 So take the talent from him, and give it to him who has ten talents.

29 ‘For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away. 30 And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’

We all have been given a measure of talents. We may go to church and listen to a man pray eloquently on the microphone and say to ourself that we could never pray like that. But the fact of the matter is that any prayer said from our heart to the heart of God with faith is as good as another. There are many good web sites that offer free prayer and you can write to the people who enquire and send them a prayer this would be using your prayer talent.

You may sit in church and see the lead vocalist in the worship team sing to the Lord, but in your own kitchen and bathroom while you do other things your voice can still make the Lord smile with pleasure and make him happy that on those days its your normal voice that comes from a glad heart that bring him joy. I have not the very best voice in the world and yet on a couple of occasions I have sang to the Lord in an audience as and offering to a church service and the people were very happy to clap. Both times I had no backing music, it’s was my normal voice, why even one time I sang in public and added a couple of my own stanzas of lyrics to the song and a man gave me a hug and had a tear in his eye as he told me my added lyrics really touched him.

In singing I have only one talent, and not the five talent or ten talent voice, yet when I sing I sing with all of my heart to the Lord. I do not perform for an audience I sing to my Jesus and I sing love songs and the songs that are special. I am not sure that many people are blessed and yet I know my Lord is happy with all I sing and He knows that sometimes it’s only singing a chorus that can bring joy into my life such are some of the lows of depression I fall into.

Have you a talent? Every person according to this parable has a talent. We need to invest it. When I was around thirty I read a book called “Please Understand Me” by David Kersley and it said that I had a certain temperament that said that I was a good communicator. In the list of occupations it said I would be good at, it had teacher, Pastor and writer. I have a little gift for writing and from those that have written to me from Ezine articles and feedback I have had I am told that my writing sort of draws you in. Investing your talents is writing to the best of your ability if you have been gifted with the gift of the gab like me.

When you are gifted in something it also can be a pleasure to use your gift and that is why writing puts me in a good mood. Just like writing, preaching makes me happy and I have had a few opportunities to do that in my life and I enjoyed that too. I also did about five talks on mental health last year and was able to communicate information on my illness effectively and make people laugh at the same time.

Selling Yourself with Your Article Promotion
When it comes to promoting yourself, there is no better way to pull it off than writing articles. By submitting well-written, informative articles to online publishers, you will become an authority figure in the industry and be regarded as the one to go to. When you submit articles to online publishers, most will offer you the chance to include a short bio, as well as a link to your website. Article promotion is free advertising for you and is a great way to promote your website. The term “free” is not often used in the advertising world of today. Many individuals and companies spend thousands of dollars each year to get their name out and try, with all their spent dollars, to bring in new clients and new visitors to their site. The fact is you don’t have to spend a penny when you submit your articles to online publishers and your website and your name will be available for all visitors to see.The wonderful thing about article promotion is that some of the publishers allow their visitors to copy the articles and place them on other websites. They do, however, have to leave the article as is, as well as make sure the author’s name and information is atta

You only have to think of your talents and it doesn’t take much work to apply how the kingdom of God would be better off with your talents invested. Money is often the last thing the Lord needs. People need to know the Lord and his desires and his heart and his heart is no better expressed in the talents parable the Jesus spoke above.

We need to use our talents.

Luke 18:18-23 (New King James Version)
18 Now a certain ruler asked Him, saying, “Good Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?” 19 So Jesus said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God. 20 You know the commandments: ‘Do not commit adultery,’ ‘Do not murder,’ ‘Do not steal,’ ‘Do not bear false witness,’ ‘Honor your father and your mother.’”[a] 21 And he said, “All these things I have kept from my youth.” 22 So when Jesus heard these things, He said to him, “You still lack one thing. Sell all that you have and distribute to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.” 23 But when he heard this, he became very sorrowful, for he was very rich.

Some would say a good use of our talents would be to use our money for the poor of the world and for the Gospel to the poor countries. The rich young ruler would have been exceedingly blessed if he had of sold his wealth, given to the poor and followed Jesus for three years, and yet so many of us gloss over this as it does not apply to us.

But the whole Bible applies to us. And this is no exception. We should honour God with all that we have been given. We should look to the needs of the other countries and the poor in our city.

We might not have much money after bills and clothes and the like to rub together for ourself but we could spend one night a week cooking in a homeless shelter. We might not be able to do much but a poor inner city pastor could find something for us to do for him.

Do we really follow Jesus today? Most of us did not sell all our pearls that we own to purchase the pearl of great price which is Jesus as He showed in the parable. Most of us did not sell all we own to buy the field with the hidden treasure and that is why so many of our lives are so dry and empty and not flowing with the Holy Spirit as the hidden treasure isn’t being found by most people.

Many think a sinner’s prayer gets you into heaven but Jesus says on judgement day that His words will judge us. That’s not a once saved always saved sinner’s prayer that’s a life of following Jesus and His commands.
