And here's the paradox in all this: adults need the help and guidance an angel is ready to supply, yet the very nature of their lives means they are not receptive to the help that is theirs for the asking. We adults are conditioned to equate doing nothing with idleness. There is a constant pressure to be busy, busy, busy -- always doing something.

So, take some time to go somewhere peaceful, away from the risk of interruption by telephones or visitors, and simply let your body relax and your mind drift where it will.

If you are normally a turbo charged go, go person, it may take you a few quiet sessions to really relax. Even so, you will find your general frame of mind improves with every session, gentle persistence will pay off and you will experience contact with your guardian angel. At first this may take the form of intuitive flashes, which will help you see how to solve a particular knotty problem. Later, as you become more adept at bringing your level of vibration closer to that of your guardian angel, you will experience the wonderful certainty that you are in contact.

From that moment on, your life will be changed for the better and the thought of returning to your old, stressed ways will seem an anathema to you.
