Although irrelevant to subject; I would add my favorite saying; "Do not mistake my acts of kindness for a sign of weakness!" I believe Ray Kroc was a fierce competitor because he so believed in his business model and its efficiency and believed it should be the one to deliver to the masses their fast food desires.
