You could think about your very own particular and personal benefit you have once this is done; you could think about the employee, picturing him failing; you could think about your business in general and how tiresome it is to deal with all these employees. No matter what you are thinking, this energy goes out and becomes a creation. And subconsciously your employee is picking up what you are really thinking and believing, because what you are verbally saying is only about 10% of the communication taking place, or the exchange of energy you could say.
