How To Write A Resume That Will Impress That Employer squito. It was about the power of determination. Since then I have concluded that the power of determination is the single common ingredient all winners share. You must be determined in order for the brain to lock into an objective and stop at nothing until it accomplishes what it wants.Your resume is the first impression that an employer has of you. At the most basic level, a resume is simply a description of the skills, experience, education, and professional achievements that make you qualified for a position. A good resume will accurately inform an employer about your background. A great resume, however, can do much more. A great resume has the ability to persuade an employer that you have the unique talent and experience desired and tha It made me wonder what would drive such a small creature that doesn’t even have a brain, to stop at nothing until it reached its goal. I did a bit of research and discovered that only female mosquitoes have the ability to suck blood. And they actually do it t Can We Define Time Tracking When you go about business half-heartedly your failure is 95% guaranteed. The one who fights the harder always wins. But what’s the magic ingredient that makes you fight till death? What is the secret weapon that tells your mind there is no backing down, it’s do or die? What enables you to refuse NO as the final answer? The agenda is simple and straight, can we define time tracking? Here we are not talking about time tracking of a athlete, we are not talking about the time tracking of a swimmer. We are going into a very different domain, falling into the working hours of an employee. Earlier we read a lot about the intellectual definition from many places very well written by industry experts, here lets discuss about what you think an employee time tracking is. Some I am sure you’ve heard before, that we’re all salespeople. We are all selling something from the day we are born, and the better our sale’s pitch, the better response we get. I would go as far as saying that we’re all sales creatures living on this earth and we are all striving for the things we want or need to survive, get ahead and reach our goals. Too many of us, however, go into the field without proper preparation, willing to be mediocre and settle for whatever result we may obtain. Our goal is simply to react to the field, to pitch in a mechanical way and if works, that’s great, we had a good day at work. If it doesn’t, then we had a bad day. This passive approach takes away our power and gives it to someone or something else. I learned a valuable lesson one day in my office, over two years ago. Since my workplace was not far away from the sea, every once in a while a mosquito or two managed to sneak in. This day in particular I left what I was doing, to make sure I didn’t only fan the mosquito away but I actually wanted to kill it. Yet try as I may, it seemed more and more difficult. I tried all the tricks in the book. Tried to stay quite so it could stand on my legs and quietly strike it, but none of it worked. The mosquito was swift and versatile. It almost seemed skillful and athletic. Finally I realized that I was wasting too much time, so I just resorted to fanning it away that it couldn’t obtain a bite out of me. But half-hearted effort seldom ever prevails. So the inevitable happened. I felt the pinch on my calf and then it was over, the war was over and I had lost. I almost felt a sense of relief, like something deep down inside of me admitted that my enemy had earned the right to win. Normally I would have been very upset, but the whole event made me stop and think of the powerful sales lesson I had just been taught… by a mosquito. It was about the power of determination. If we fail to teach the next generation correctly then all we have done in the present period is lost and will disappear in the next. Imagine a desperate mother making sure she had sufficient food to feed her babies. That is a far greater reason to fight than simply avoiding and uncomfortable pinch. This brings me to the main reason that makes us fight with determination: the awareness that we are fighting for something of value. Value, makes all the difference. This seemingly insignificant event inspired me to write a 7-page-story entitled “The Mosquito and The Witch” which I included in my latest book “The Brainstormer. Think, Imagine, Create”. All because a brainless little creature displayed incredible determination which was inspired by a worthy and valuable cause.
