Theorists have concluded it is everything from a lost work ethic to heavy government legislation. Reform School Education: School education has swayed from its original purpose to develop citizens that contribute to American society, are prepared for the work force and for defending their country. Instead of reading, writing and arithmetic we are now teaching racial division, individualism and a ultra concern for social issues. Legislators and school administrators fail to realize that everyone suffers if America reduces in economic, political and military stature. Where we should be developing adults we are now producing confused children of age.2.) Limit Liability Except in Extreme Cases: Lawsuits, insurance, medical costs, manufacturing and even attitudes are affected by the lack of a cap on liability. Employees sue for millions when they don’t get a promotion, a family uses a product improperly and is given a lump sum payment, and medical expenses are driving up labor costs. The cost of doing business within the United States must be reduced in order to make success feasible.3.) Promote Community: Let us be honest with each other. Individualism is both good and bad. No matter how many or how few chemicals you use, it's important that you have the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for each different product that your company uses. These data sheets contain information on how to handle the product as well as the emergency measures - just in case there is a mishap with the product.The MSDS is not only important to have on hand for safety reasons; it is also an OSHA requirement that you have the MSDS on hand for every product that your cleaning company uses. These sheets must be available to your employees.     Defining Common Goals with Your Power Team
    Working with team members is sometimes not an easy task. If it were, then more people would be on Power Teams. The problem most teams run into is the fact that they have not defined any common goals. If you want to increase your business by fifty percent and the other team members only want ten percent, you have not taken on the right members. When you can align your goals, the group will function much better. You only need to define one goal at first and test it to make sure that everyone is on board. After you have completed at least one project together, you can add more goals. Do not get too carried away with setting goals as this is a loose arrangement and not a corporation. What ever you decide to do, spend a minimal amount of time setting the goals. Goals will make the difference between getting where you want to go and getting somewhere. Save your time to do the work and make customers happy. If you can meet with your team members over the phone in the space of ten minutes then you will save commute time plus gas. The more business you can conduct in this way with your team members, the better. The common goal for everyone in the group is to make a profit, no more and no less. If it were any different, you would no longer have members in your team. Once you are established, you can go beyond your basic goals and further define how much growth you would like.

Now many out there may not be too familiar with this, but then again you are not holding yourself out to well versed enough to charge $150-300 per hour for advice on such franchising subjects. This particular question totally infuriates me as a Franchisor, because I am to pay good money for these attorneys who block information from the public domain so they can sell it to me for the price described above. Yet these same people do not know the answer to the questions you ask, they instead call on other attorneys to answer such questions. Then may I ask why we pay them at all? And if you call them on it, and complain about their lack of knowledge they claim you are unprofessional.

    Well if unprofessional means calling things the way they are then these two-faced attorneys are correct. In my opinion they are thieves, cowards and liars. They should shot and Caesar was correct in his statements as I am here today in this period. Entrepreneurs when they make mistakes pay for those mistakes in the market place.
