Asking questions directs the responses, and directs the dialog.Questioning can take one of three forms:1. Mail Forwarding Solutions For Home Businesses
When many businesses start out they are often based at home. This is understandable for several reasons. Many business ideas stem from hobbies or interests and develop into commercial opportunities. Most new businesses start from home to keep costs down during the businesses infancy. Some businesses continue to operate from home as ecommerce, drop shipping and online shops has removed the need for an actual presence on the high street. Most home based businesses choose to operat
Advertising has always been a major factor in the success of any business. Obviously, the quality of the products or services, the quality of the ad text, or copy as it is commonly called, also play a great role in the success of any advertising campaign. One such factor, arguably the biggest in determining the success of the product or service awareness, is what vehicle you choose to get your message in front of the right people. Will you use TV?...Radio?...Newspapers? The internet?

In terms of maximizing your costs, the internet is hands down the best bet on the planet. But it comes with some disadvantages as well.

Here is my list of the most common advantages and disadvantages of choosing internet advertising.

    Advantages

    1. Low Cost

Although internet advertising has certainly done well in catching up to the traditional advertising medium it has remained relatively consumer safe. While there are places online where you can spend tens of thousands of dollars advertising your service or products, there are also millions of locations where you can advertise to the masses for little or no cost at all! While your audience, using totally free advertising, may be less targeted than say a nicely produced TV advertisement, your business has nothing to lose and everything to gain by being accessible to as many random surfers as possible.

    2. High Visibility

No matter who your product / service is aimed towards, Internet ads can always be exchanged between sites. By providing a mutually beneficial piece of exposure, exchanging link information or banner ads with other site operators can be a great low cost hit generator!

Create Win-Win Deals With Your Competitors
In the competitive world of the 20th century, we generally viewed competitors as the enemy. And a competitor was anyone who sold to the same target audience as us - even if they sold a different item. After all, since there was a finite group of customers and a limited amount of money, if they spent it with your competitor, there was less for you. Fast forward to the 21st century. We have a different view of the world. We now recognize that the pie is big enough for all of us.

Work Life Harmony Rather Than Work Life Balance
Work/ life balance as we know it at present isn't working, because it's based on conflicting demands of employer and employee for a share of the 24/7 day. There simply isn't enough time to achieve everything - and its getting worse.Work life balance suggests people are living two lives - one at work and one away from work. But people don't ‘work' for five days (or more) and ‘live' for two days (or less). Work is just one of many roles that people perform in their 24/7 week. No

    4. Lather, Rinse & Repeat...

Once you find the right combination of text and/or pictures that brings customers running, you can copy and paste your way into a fortune! You could conceivably have 100's of ads online in a matter of hours once you find the ad that works for you!

    Disadvantages

    1. Scope

A limited market may be captured if you opt to ONLY utilize internet advertising. Although many people are now into the use of technology, the majority of consumers still rely heavily on the traditional forms of advertising as a means of gathering information about products & services. As a result, free and low cost advertising may take a lot longer to get the same results as traditional media.

    2. Poor Quality Advertisements

Often, the entrepreneur has the desire, the drive, the product or service but zero marketing/advertising ability. This mostly translates into poor ad text/copy and zero consumer interest. Writing highly targeted, keyword rich ads is not easy for everyone. Some can do it in their sleep but most of us can't. It takes time and patience to truly develop the art. Having to pay someone to write an award winning ad will drive up the cost of your low or free advertising plans significantly!

Given the list it seems the wisest course of action would be a more balanced approach to your advertising plans. Perhaps cheap internet ad ideas combined with low cost or free real world advertisements like brochures, newsle
