Or getting people to follow up with you? You're not alone. This seems to be a common challenge. This usually happens when the proper foundation hasn't been laid. What do I mean by this?Well, when you meet someone for the first time, how do you know this is a person you want to follow up with?In other words, what makes you want to follow up with this person? What kind of conversation would you have, if you were able to follow up?And if you're clear about why you want to have a follow up conversation with them l Stephen said that the first mistake people make is start from creating the product instead of mastering a key skill - traffic genration. You need people who invest themselves fully in their work, people who deliver dramatic results.Performance is what pays the bills. Not loyalty. Not morale. What is needed is high job commitment. Commitment works a lot harder than loyalty, and gets more done than morale does. Commitment energizes. It empowers. It inspires creativity and pulls a persons true potential into play. That is crucial because the organization cannot get by anymore with mediocre performers. Commitment is self-nourishing it draws power from the spirit, here is Stephen's formula: "Start not from creating product but having a website and driving traffic to the website and then if you want you can create a product and have affiliates Target a bunch of different things and see where you can win with the traffic, otherwise you may end up developing product spending all these time for nothing. Having blogged for a year now, have people really discover what I posted in my blogs. Well, I doubt so. By default, blogger only pings weblogs.com for updates and MSN I have no clue of where my updates are relayed to as it is only stated as ping server. The idea of blogging is to write things you love and share with the world but how can one achieve that without the world even knowing you ever existed. That puts me to think of a way to provide pinging mechanism for my own blogs. While pinging at Your Business Identity Customer Service Is No Longer EnoughToo many organizations today focus on the image they have as opposed to their identity. Most medium and large sized organizations have some type of customer service training program for all front line staff. This training usually focuses on service and escalation procedures, handling difficult customer situations, and how to keep a positive attitude and smile when working with customers. Some organizations have facilitated their staff’s mastery of these skills and procedures. You will spot these companies anytime you have a problem. They immediately know what to do, who to call, an 1. first develop sites on niches you want to get into 2. Register a blog, set up a web page, register domain names 3. Then put some kind of pay-per-click program on it, adsense is the most popular so people have something to click on when they get there 4. optimize it (get the best keywords on the page) Take blog and submit it to the regular blog directories. Take site and submit it tot the regular site directories 5. then when enough people start coming to your site find some affiliate products and put there 6. put “opt in” box and autoresponder 7. Blogs are not just for ordinary people who wish to expound on their hobby or area of special interest. Blogs are for the smart small businessperson who understands the power of the published word online.A blog can provide a low cost means of marketing online, a feedback mechanism for establishing your side of the story against someone spreading negative and potentially damaging things about you and your business, and a means of connecting and communicatin 6. put “opt in” box and autoresponder 7. Then apply strategic degrees of profit where you have look at a marketplace and you ask yourself, how many different ways can we profit in that market? Open yourselve up to all the profit possibilities and opportunities and we look to exploit and leverage every single opportunity. Example: Knitting: You have a website that’s doing really, really good with knitting. And it’s like wow, maybe it’s not a huge pay out but you’re looking at it and man you’re getting all this traffic based on what you can see and you’re getting some pretty decent numbers with your Adsense relative to how much you get paid for each click. Then you find some knitting e-books, not create your own yet, or a knitting affiliate program and you decide to put a graphic on there and see what happens. Or you decide to put an opt in box and put together a short series to capture opt ins. Now you can see if you can convert the traffic to product purchases and opt ins. Now you’re starting to get some opt ins. Now people are starting to buy the e-book. Now let’s just say that your Adsense has stabilized and going pretty good but you’re starting to generate quite a few opt ins and and also a few knitting products. Now there’s different ways you can take this because you can follow that up with other knitting products or products on crochet or products on sewing that are relative or you can say, you know what, I’ve sold “x” number of copies of this book pretty much effortlessly and I’m going to parlay some of that and get my own product put together. I’m going to outsource and have somebody create a knitting product of my own and have them create a website with some copy and keep 100% of the profits. And then add affiliates to my traffic portfolio and get other people as affiliates to sell this. Tip N1: When you know how to control traffic, you know how to send it wherever you want and create as many different revenue streams and checks as you want. There are so many ways to generate your traffic. But if you have strategy you pay attention to the things that are meaningful that we can actually take and execute in our business and don’t get overwhelmed with other things. Tip N2: Google is the fastest way to generate traffic but if you don’t get people clicking it doesn’t meet you are not going to generate traffic. Stephen had a product he could get traffic on google but through organic marketing he made million on it. – page 7. Tip N3: Take the time and be kind to yourself and learn how to develop core skills like developing traffic. Because it’s something that will pay dividends for a lifetime and it’s something that you can teach to your kids and they can teach to their kids, grow and expand as the markets continue to change.
