    Hi there again I've been working hard keeping up so I only have a few hrs sleep only. But what is success without a little adversity? Anyways - Today is officially my one year anniversary with my team. The experience has been a whirlwind of excitement and growth for me and my team. So today I want to take some time to reflect and share on what I've learned over the course of this year so that you can take some of my experience and apply it to your business. I wish everybody all success -cheers.

    Well to start out with -

    I've learned that you DON'T have to call leads to be successful in this industry.When I began marketing in this industry cold calling appeared to be the only option. Every business I turned to and every leader I interviewed told me the same things.

    They said - This business is a business of numbers so the MORE people you call in the shortest amount of time the quicker you will have success.

    After following this advice and calling thousands of leads and paying thousands of dollars to do it I realized that there is more to it than just calling leads.

    If that was all there was to it I would have seen success.

    So - It is a numbers game and the more people you contact in a shorter amount of time the more success you will have, but you first have to be very good at cold calling to make any of this work.

    I realized this was not for me. While going through the process I always knew in the back of my mind that there had to be a faster way.

    There is! This leads to the second thing that I learned.

    The science of LEVERAGE! Which states. "What you lack in skill you can always make up for in leverage "Not by Numbers Jim”. A truer statement I have never found.

    You see when I turned to the internet after seeing the huge successes that people were having online I knew that there had to be able to open the floodgates of the internet for success in network marketing.

    There was! What was it?

    First -

    Setting up my business with the same resources and tools that the huge successes online used.

    Then leveraging those tools.

    First for my own personal success and then for the success of those that came after me.

    You see there are lots of eBooks and different guides to help you be successful out there, but what I’ve found is that if you look past the information being sold to the PROCESS behind it you'll uncover the true cause of their success.

    The answer is NOT in the details, but rather in the PROCESS and ACTION. Observe the process of those doing better than you and then mimic it. (HUGE TIP)

Did you know one of the ways that international franchisees of a US based franchisor often try to get out of the franchise agreement is by saying that they did not read it or could not read it?     Now Relationship, When I began network marketing I was told that running network marketing business completely online was a pie in the sky dream. I was told it couldn't work because you couldn't create real relationships through such a medium.

    I asked myself why they said this? Had they tried it and failed? No looking back and seeing that it is not only a possibility but actually easier to do so online than off I see that the reason people answered me in such a way was out of pure ignorance.

    They didn't know any better. If someone or a group of people say it can't be done set out to prove them wrong. Don't anyone else's limiting beliefs limit you or how you do things in your life. Further on the point of relationships, the medium doesn't matter as long as you are talking from your heart and doing the best that you can on behalf of those you work with and you will see a bond form.

    It's as simple as that. I now have a relationship with hundreds of people in my team and this would not have been possible if I listened to the advice THEY gave. The next thing, is don't underestimate your own value.You are a wonderful person filled with your own special gifts and abilities and it's your responsibility to share them with the world.

    Don't worry about what they say.

    One that point . . . No matter who you are or what you do, once you start to achieve a certain level of success you going to create two types of people around. Those that like you and those those don’t. Forget about those that don't like you and give all your attention and energy to those that do. Don't waste your time or energy dealing with negative energy it will only slow you down.
