Stay Away from the Forums
Sometimes a breakthrough requires a controversial step in which you buck the trend. As a new Internet Marketer there’s a lot of advice on the IM forums. Sometimes though, there’s too much. They can be like quicksand the more you thrash around in it, the more likely you are to go under. Take a break from them; they’ll still be there when you need them. When you’re starting out however and need to work on your product they can be more of a distraction than a help.
As an Internet Marketer myself I’ve resolved to stay off my favourite forum until I’ve got my new product prepared and launched. Having committed to that I’ve freed up so much time to focus on my new product.
Set Goals
Once your mind is committed to being successful, put a goal down on paper. Goals give you focus. Make it one that fits your definition of success and give it a timeframe. Make sure it’s around something that will bring money from the creating a product. This is for several reasons. Firstly it puts a score on your success, which in itself will help reward and motivate you. Secondly it will build confidence that you can make it in this business, in the way the advert said you could.
