Hurricane Ernesto to Re-route Cruise Ships in Jamaica and Cayman Islands
Tropical Storm Ernesto will soon be a Hurricane say Caribbean Meteorologists and those at the National Weather Service. Tropical Storm Ernesto is set to arrive there by Tuesday or Wednesday and make a real mess of things, but by then it is bound to be as full-fledged Hurricane. Local fishermen in Kingston, Jamaica are worried and say this may be the one we have been fearing during this 2006 Atlantic Tropical Hurricane Season.

What you have to do is take a look at what’s being published that’s negatively based, and when is it being published.
