How Could He Get a Gun?
Many of us in our community are deeply saddened by the tragedy that struck Virginia Tech this week on the morning of April 16, 2007. Virginia Tech Tragedy - Transcend, Transition, & Transform
Virginia Tech gunman kills 33 people in fit of rage. Since many perpetrators of violence, men in particular, are unable to process their pain, validate their feelings, and articulate their emotions, they bury it down deep and try to deny it. This is called implosion, which if it persists over an extended period of time, will eventually result in an outward explosion.

Many are honest and need the cooperation of the honest citizen. However research does suggest that powers are being abused by corrupt police officers and citizens are being subject to harassment in some cases.
I decided to speak someone about their experiences and their perspective on the law, a person who feels they have been victimized and subject to harassment.

I must be the luckiest person alive. In the past three days I found out I won 1.5 Million Euros in the UK lottery, One Million Euros in the Winx International Lottery, 1.5 Million Euros in the 2007 E-Mail Lottery, and 500,000 Pounds in an e-mail lottery held by the Coca Cola Company. Wow! What did I do to receive all these riches?

Let's Not Discuss Crime In South Africa
Internationally renowned Zulu historian David Rattray was shot and killed in his home in South Africa on January 26, 2007. Rattray was a friend of England's Prince Charles. I am presuming this could have been through Polo, amongst other connections, the Rattray family being quite prominent participants in the sport. Besides the international connection, Rattray also counted local business people amongst his friends.
