Colorado General Assembly House Bill 07-1355 – Who Should Pay the Bills?
After spending the past few hours reading both arguments for and against HB07-1355, I have come to a simple conclusion. Both the proponents and the opponents of the proposed legislation are focusing their comments on who pays for health care. On one side there are those who believe we should all pay the same amount for health insurance. On the other side there are those who believe that individuals should pay more if they generate more cost. The purpose of my comments is not to take sides in this debate, but to point out a simple observation.
